I collect only the data necessary to carry out your purchase on jennygartside.com, this includes an email, contact telephone number, delivery and billing address.
I will also use your email address to send you a monthly newsletter, using the secure and encrypted mailing service provided by mailchimp.com. You can unsubscribe from my mailing list at any time from the link in the newsletter or from your customer account on jennygartside.com.
I will never sell your data to third parties.
I share your data with third parties only where strictly necessary for completing your purchase, this will include sharing your data with wordpress.org, woocommerce.com, and stripe payments (or paypal depending on which payment method you select at checkout).
All payments via paypal or stripe are taken directly by those companies using encryption to process your payment. I do not have access to your payment information such as credit card numbers, or login and payment details.

Returns information
Faulty items:
I accept returns and will either repair or refund items if they are faulty, just let me know which option you prefer when you get in touch.
If an item is faulty please contact me as soon as possible, I will arrange and cover the cost of return postage.
Non faulty items:
I accept returns of items which are not faulty, but to minimise waste please ensure you know the correct size of any jewellery before ordering. I can advise on sizing and I will always contact you after receiving the order to make sure everything is correct before I make and send it to you.
If you wish to return an item that is not faulty, I would ask that you arrange and cover the cost of return postage.
