I collect only the data necessary to carry out your purchase on jennygartside.com, this includes an email, delivery and billing address.
I will also use your email address to send you a quarterly newsletter, using the secure and encrypted mailing service provided by mailchimp.com You can unsubscribe from my mailing list at any time from the link in the newsletter.
I do not sell your data to third parties. I share your data with third parties only where strictly necessary for completing your purchase, this will include sharing your data with wordpress.org the website host, and Stripe which is my chosen secure payment processing platform.
Payments are handled directly by Stripe who use an encrypted system to process your payment. I do not have access to any of your payment information such as credit card numbers, or login and payment details.
When you select an item to buy, selecting the buy button takes you directly from my website to the Stripe website where you complete the purchase.

I do not use cookies to collect any data for marketing purposes. I do not use cookies to share any of your data with third parties other than those necessary for you to browse and make your purchase on jennygartside.com

Returns Information
Faulty items:
I accept returns and will either repair or refund items if they are faulty, just let me know which option you prefer when you get in touch.
If an item is faulty please contact me as soon as possible, I will arrange and cover the cost of return postage.
Non faulty items:
I accept returns of items which are not faulty, but to minimise waste please ensure you know the correct size of any jewellery before ordering. I can advise on sizing and I will always contact you after receiving the order to make sure everything is correct before I make and send it to you.
If you wish to return an item that is not faulty, I would ask that you arrange and cover the cost of return postage.
